Why do you suppose it is that I am having trouble accessing this video.  I click on everything that I see and never get to a point where I can download this video, which is very much a drag as this is the reason that I paid for an account to this site.  Can someone help me out here?  I sent this request off to technical support and got a message back with no information in it.

After you have selected the size of video you want, you get to the screen where the video would start to play. On that page, above the 5 stars for rating, right click on the word "download". Selecting "save target as" should bring up a dialog box where you can put in the drive and folder on your system. Jf you don't have broadband, the download will take a long time, even with the smaller video size.
