Recently we went to Fort Worth and BikerMan treated me to a night out on the town, Dinner, Dancing....It was a blast!! Then the next day we visitied the new Cowboys Football Stadium- Man it is huge!
We had dinner at Cattleman's and there was a mix-up with my order. I ordered an 11 oz. Steak and the chef prepared a 24 oz. Porterhouse. We had to take a picture of it! I could not eat it all, it was very delicious though. Then we went to Billy Bobs to have a few drinks, share a dance and relax a little. This place is the larrgest honkey tonk around. They have handprints in cement mounted on the walls of singers/talent who have performed there. I found a particular one that struck my interest. Gary Stewart. He is from the town where I grew up in: Fort Pierce, Florida. I had met him several times over the years and he and his family were patients at the dental office where I worked as well. He has since passed away, but he is a great country western singer. Here's some pics for you:
